GEMS Metropole School, a thriving and dynamic international school in Motor City, Dubai, is seeking a passionate and dedicated French Teacher to join our vibrant team for the upcoming academic year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and effective French lessons to students across different year groups and ability levels. You will foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to develop a genuine appreciation for the French language and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality French lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum.
• Create engaging and differentiated learning activities to cater to diverse student needs.
• Assess student progress effectively through a variety of methods.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Contribute to the development of the French curriculum and resources.
• Participate actively in school events and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in French or a related field.
• A recognized teaching qualification/certification.
• Proven experience teaching French to students of varying ages and abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for the French language and culture.
• Experience with inquiry-based learning and the IB curriculum (desirable).
